We carry a small number of clients at a time. What each one gets is a block of the week that's theirs and the work done on the dates we agree. There's no bench between you and the person doing the work.

Implementation Assurance

Your implementation partner builds the tenant. They can't objectively grade their own build, and that's a structural conflict, whatever their skill. We go inside the tenant, independent of the builder, and hand back a written readiness rating: what's solid, what's a risk, what has to change before cutover.

Tye is an independent Workday advisor for healthcare Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay, and he works the whole implementation, every piece of it.

He checks the configuration, the business processes, the data, and makes sure the ones using the system know how from day one.

Before go-live he checks the build and proves it. After go-live, where he's strongest, he finds what's misbehaving, fixes it, and writes the job aid so it stays fixed.

W2 Solutions is an independent firm. We don't work for an implementation partner, and we don't resell software. When we say a build is ready, nobody paid us to say it.

Tye knows both sides of adoption. He's taught hospital supply chain teams to own a new system after go-live, and in 2026 he moved his own firm onto Claude Code. The rules he wrote to keep those agents honest became a 30-page operating playbook.

The people he builds for are the ones who are nervous about AI and have something to lose. They learn it when somebody sits with them, one screen at a time, and shows them what it can really do and where it has to stop.
